A Sneak Peek at the Garrett House Remodel

Since I’ve had many readers tell me how much they’re looking forward to our open house coming up in April, here’s a sneak peek at a couple of rooms to whet your appetite. I must say, Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper has certainly helped us with some of the paint colors. The wall color in the home all season sunroom, Wedding Band, came from her collection. Don’t you just love the name?

Before: Former dingy den with two small windows. Very dark! This den used to be part of the existing porch that wrapped around the side and back of the house.

We also took the back half of the same den and added a wall to make a generous laundry room.
